Challenges for Anti Aging Foods

The secrets of longevity of the Mediterranean Diet
In the 60s a study was conducted in eight different countries or regions to compare the rates of coronary heart disease (related to the deterioration of the coronary arteries).
The results of this study showed that the Mediterranean countries and in particular the island of Crete in Greece had rates significantly lower. In observing the habits of this region that scientists have made the connection between nutrient intakes and risk of diseases related to aging in general. The Cretan adopt an extremely healthy diet balanced and healthy life brings them from generation to generation for centuries.
