MARY ROBERTSON   / CO-PRODUCER

Mary Robertson is a Brooklyn based documentary filmmaker.  Born and raised in New York City, she earned a degree in Film Studies from Wesleyan University, graduating with honors.  Since then she has worked with and learned from a number of leading non-fiction filmmakers and production companies including Deborah Dickson, Maysles Films, Susan Froemke, Bill Moyers, David Grubin Productions, D.A. Pennebaker and Chris Hegedus, Chana Gazit, and Chris Wilcha.  She has produced segments for PBS’ NOVA and ‘HISTORY DETECTIVES’, the radio series ‘THIS AMERICAN LIFE’, and CURRENT TV.   Her short film, ‘THE BEAR HUNTER’, screened around the world and at dozens of film festivals including Silverdocs, the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archives, and the New York Underground Film Festival.
